Anderson Silva pops for banned substance again, ees normal.

As Anderson Silva would say, “Ees normal”. The widely regarded best middleweight of all time may have just put the final nail in his coffin regarding his legacy. This is twice now that ‘The Spider’ has been popped for using an illegal substance. At forty-two years of age, odds are tat this is the end of Anderson’s career.

If proven guilty, this could completely tarnish his legacy. I’m sure we’ll soon hear the Silva team claim ‘tainted meat’, ‘tainted supplement’, or ‘erectile dysfunction’. As it stands now, Silva is not only suspended, but he is removed from his fight with Kelvin Gastelum in two weeks.

In a statement put out by the UFC:

“The UFC organization was notified today that the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) has informed Anderson Silva of a potential Anti-Doping Policy violation stemming from an out-of-competition sample collected on October 26, 2017. As a result, Silva has been provisionally suspended by USADA. Due to the proximity of Silva’s upcoming scheduled bout at UFC Fight Night, Shanghai, China on November 25, 2017 against Kelvin Gastelum, Silva has been removed from the card and UFC is currently seeking a replacement.”

Awesome. I’m sure after Conor McGregor put his hands on Marc Goddard today at Bellator, Dana White is over the moon with glee.
