Antonina Shevchenko will bring her 3-0 record to Dana White Contender Series this season.
It looks like Antonina Shevchenko will be fighting in June in Las Vegas as part of the Dana White Contender Series. She won her first MMA fight over a decade ago, but quit MMA for a career as a kickboxer. She went 29-1 and won multiple world titles. She became the WKC K1 Champion, Lion Fight Champion, Phoenix FC and the World Muay Thai Council champion. She’s clearly a very talented standup fighter.
She is three years older than her sister and fights in the Bantamweight division. She’s 2-0 since coming back to MMA last year and it should prove very interesting to see what she can do with her opportunity on the Contender Series. I’ve included a highlight package from one of her fights in Phoenix FC so you can see what her style is. Enjoy.
