Watch Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor weigh-in at 2PM PST

Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor

Tomorrow night the world will witness history, today the fighters will weigh-in.

Boxing weigh in events have in the past been known to get a little wild. There’s been more than its fair share of pushing, shoving, and occasionally worse. We’re not expecting any of those shenanigans today with Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor, but it will be interesting none the less.

Floyd has made claims that Conor will not make weight and has been using an IV to keep hydrated during the cut. Dana White flat out dispelled those claims as false. Whenever these two get in the same room it’s bananas so this shouldn’t be any different.

Most people believe Floyd will be able to dismantle Conor in the boxing ring, but the combination of good promotion and Conor’s seemingly endless sense of self-confidence have people going back and forth on who wins. Dan Hardy broke it down without bias when he joined the Real Quick Podcast with Mike Swick.  His take a refreshing change of pace from what Brendan Schaub has been selling since his involvement in this debacle.

UFC on FOX 25 Ceremonial Weigh-ins

We’ll see the fighters on the scale, and face off at 3 PM PST.

The official weigh-ins took place this morning already but this afternoon, the fighters will go through it again for the UFC on FOX 25 Ceremonial weigh-ins.  They will step on the scales, and then post and do face-offs with their opponents. It is all done of course so the media and fans can get photos and build hype for the card. It’s usually pretty entertaining and there are some heated exchanges.

The main event features a make or break fight between Chris Weidman and Kelvin Gastelum. If Weidman loses this fight, his legacy, as well as his standing near the top of the Middleweight division, may likely be a thing of the past. Kelvin needs the win to continue his climb up the ranks of the division towards an eventual world title shot.

The co-feature fight is between Dennis Bermudez and Darren Elkins. It’s a fun fight between two veterans who both can finish a fight with one shot. Should be fireworks.

You will find the weigh-ins right here.
