We told you this week Amanda Nunes and Nina Ansaroff got engaged, but they will be putting wedding planning on the back burner with this major fight announcement. Nunes (16-4) will be taking the time to move up in weight to make sure she’s ready for the challenge of facing the monster Cyborg.
Cris has been looking forward to this fight for quite some time, and I imagine it will be widely anticipated. I know I’m super excited to see what will happen here. I’d instinctually pick Cris Cyborg, but Amanda Nunes is super tough and skilled. It’s going to be bananas. The early odds make Cyborg a pretty big favorite.
