Paul Felder gets new opponent on a new card next month

Paul Felder was set to face Gilbert Burns at UFC 208 but an injury to Burns forced Felder to UFC Fight Night 105 and a fight with Alex Ricci

UFC veteran Paul Felder is on the move.  Paul is headed from Brooklyn to Halifax as his bout at UFC 208 has been cancelled, and he’s rescheduled for UFC Fight Night 105.  Gilbert Burns, Felder’s original opponent had to drop out of their fight due to an injury.  Felder however will still get to fight in February, just on a different card and against Alex Ricci

Felder (12-3) will be looking to rebound from a loss in his last outing against Francisco Trinaldo. The two met at UFC Fight Night 95.  Paul Felder is 4-3 since coming to the UFC in 2014. His fight at Fight Night 105 marks the first fight for Felder since signing a new four fight contact in November.  He’ll be looking to move up the rankings with a definitive victory.

Alex Ricci (10-4) is also looking to come back from a defeat. He lost his UFC debut against Jeremy Kennedy at UFC on Fox 21.  Ricci is a native of Canada and will likely have the home field advantage in this fight.

UFC Fight Night 105 takes place on February 19th in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  It is headlined by Travis Browne and Derrick Lewis.
