Jeremy Stephens and Doo Ho Choi will be an epic throwdown!
Sometimes a fight is announced and you just know it’s going to be good. It might not be the main event, or for a world title, but it has action written all over it. This is one of those fights. Jeremy Stephens will square off with the “Korean Super Boy” Doo Ho Choi in St. Louis at UFC Fight Night 124. The fight will take place on January 14th.
Jeremy Stephens (26-14) has a ton of experience and cannons for hands. He can end a fight with either hand with one shot at any moment. His punching power is surreal. Stephens is 2-2 in his last four, but he defeated Renan Barao and Gilbert Melendez in his last bout. He has been in the Octagon with all the big names and holds his own.
Doo Ho Choi (10-2) is a blast to watch fight. In his last outing, he dropped a fight of the year candidate with Cub Swanson. He had won 14 consecutive fights before that. He and Cub Swanson put on a fight for the ages, standing in the pocket and just slinging huge shots at each other. His style is very conducive to great action. This fight should be no different.
