Georgia Tech football players get into it. One punch = sleepy time.

A video of two Georgia Tech football teammates fighting in the locker room has surfaced. ‘Fighting’ may not be the appropriate word, because it was a one-hitter-quitter.

Defensive backs, Step Durham and Lance Austin, wanted to sort out their differences with fisticuffs. As it turns out, only Durham participated in the fight. Standing southpaw, he unloaded a lead right hook that slept Austin. Clearly Austin has never been in a fight in his life, as he stepped up with his hands down and his chin up.

Deadspin reported,

“According to CBS46’s Emily Gagnon, the video was taken at the team’s practice facility roughly six months ago, prior to spring practice. In a statement to CBS, Georgia Tech revealed that the matter came to attention long before the video’s release, saying that “discipline was handled internally.”

Fans have already been very critical about the footage.  Not towards the players, though. Rather, they have directed their ire towards the person filming and selling the vid to TMZ.
