These two were supposed to meet before, but an injury forced King Mo to pull out.
King Mo will be headed to the big island this December to take on former Bellator light heavyweight champion, Liam McGeary for Bellator. They were supposed to meet in October of last year, but an injury forced Mo out of the bout. The two will get their chance to meet in the cage in Hawaii. Evan Shoman reported that Bellator was headed to the Island, and now we’ve got another fight to talk about.
The card is headlined by Bellator flyweight champion Ilima-Lei Macfarlane taking on Valérie Létourneau. Lyoto Machida will also be making his Bellator debut on the card. The event will air via DAZN, a streaming subscription service.
The first event to air on that service will be the upcoming Bellator 206 event featuring Rory MacDonald facing Gegard Mousasi. That show also features the fourth clash between Rampage Jackson and Wanderlei Silva.
King Mo (21-7) will be looking to rebound as he dropped his last fight to Ryan Bader in the first round of the Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix.
