Matt Brown retiring after November clash with Diego Sanchez

Nothing lasts forever, folks. Despite being ‘Immortal’, Matt Brown is in the fourth quarter with two minutes left in his MMA career. His November clash with Diego Sanchez looks like it will be the last fight of his career.

At 36 years old, Brown sits on a career record of 20-16. Make no mistake though, it’s a rough 36 fights he’s had. Win or lose, Brown takes a lot of damage in every fight. All good things come to an end and Brown says this is the end of being a professional fighter.

Brown is 1-5 in his last 6 fights and is looking for one last war before he rides into the sunset. It is probably a good idea to finish his fight career taking on Diego Sanchez, because no one is ever the same after fighting him.

This is a hell of a fight and Brown has had a hell of a career.
