Conor McGregor’s training partner, Dillon Danis, fielded questions and offered his thoughts on the superfight that no one can stop talking about. TMZ Sports caught up with the jiu-jitsu ace and asked if he though Conor stood a change with the greatest pound-for-pound boxer of all time. Not only did Danis thing McGregor could hang, but he feels ‘the notorious one’ will stop Floyd Mayweather.
“I don’t think he’ll hang with him, I think he knocks him out. I one hundred percent believe in him. Mayweather is a little better at avoiding the shots, so I think maybe under six (rounds).”
Danis appears to have the utmost faith in McGregor in regards to his August duel. The MMA world also anticipates Danis’ debut in Bellator, which has not been announced yet.
