There has been quite a bit of turnover at the UFC since WME/IMG bought the company. One of those changes is new matchmaker Mick Maynard taking over for long-time UFC mainstay Joe Silva.

Maynard came to the UFC from Legacy FC where he served as president and has vast knowledge of fighters and the fight game as many fighters came through Legacy during his time there before stepping into the UFC.
