Mike Swick offers a ‘back to nature’ workout. It works, just look at him.

Have you ever wanted to look like Mike Swick? I know I have. Almost everyday writing on this site, that is my dream. Swick is also almost 40 years old and totally shredded. How you may ask? In one of his nature workouts, we are going to show you.

Despite the incredible AKA Thailand facility that Swick has created in Phuket, sometimes Swick just likes to get back to basics and train. The workout provided can be done by anyone in any place.

Take a look at Swick’s program and see if you could handle it. I know it works because the guy has had abs since he was 8 years old.

Take my advice… When a professional athlete shares their knowledge with you, get a pen and paper and have your motivation pants on!

It’s not @AKAThailand, but sometimes I escape to work out in complete seclusion and nature. My last session before flying here to LA. Now I am ready for another! πŸ˜‰ #Repost @savagelifemedia ・・・ We highlight one of @Mike_Swick’s nature workouts. This is one of his favorite routines, which involves body weight resistance. It goes like this… 30 minutes straight, no break. Minute 1: Max pull-ups. Minute 2: Max dips. Minute 3: Max pull-ups. Minute 4: Max dips. Minute 5: Max pull-ups. Same format until 30 minutes is reached. Will end with 15 sets of each. Once you start fatiguing out during the minute rep, take a slight break, shake or move your arms a little, then try to get more reps in before the minute is up. Mike will also mix in pushups with this routine with pull-ups/push-ups, or pull-ups/dips/push-ups. He may also just do a 20 minute routine like this, depending on the situation and what else he will work on that day. This video shows, there is no excuses when it comes time to get your daily workout in. You can work almost anywhere! πŸŽ₯ πŸŽ₯ πŸŽ₯ βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž– Follow us on Twitter! @SavageLifeMedia πŸ“² βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž– #akathailand #yoga #muaythai #crossfit #beastmode #muaythaigirls #muaythaitraining #fitnessaddict #phuket #thailand #rawai #fitnessfreak #fitnessretreat #muaythailife #savagelifemedia #alphamale #starfishconcept #mikeswick #viciouscircleapparel #weareaka #mma #ufc #crossfit #bjj4life #americankickboxingacademy #phuketstagram #patong #naiharnbeach
