Ovince Saint Preux gets a fight at UFC Fight Night 108 in Nashville

OSP will be back in the Octagon April 22nd in Nashville, TN

The UFC Fight Night 108 card in Nashville, just got another fight added to the mix. Light heavyweight Ovince Saint Preux will face Brazilian Marcos Rogerio de Lima on the main card of the FOX Sports 1 card.  Ovince has lost three consecutive fights and needs a win here big time.  You can’t really lose four in a row and keep your spot on the UFC roster.

“OSP” (19-10) has won 1 of his last five fights, actually had an interim title shot just one year ago against Jon Jones. Jones defeated him via Unanimous Decision.  Prior to that loss, he had won three of four to put himself in contention for the title.  A loss in his upcoming fight to de Lima would be devastating.

Marcos Rogerio de Lima (15-4) is entering the fight on a different trajectory, having won two of three and coming off of a first-round knockout victory over Jeremy Kimball at UFC on FOX 23.  A victory over Ovince Saint Preux would be huge for his career.

UFC Fight Night 108 is headlined by a five-round tilt between Cub Swanson and Artem Lobov.  The event originates from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN on April 22nd.  In the co-feature fight of the night, Al Iaquinta takes on Diego Sanchez in what should be a very good fight.
