Isaac Vallie Flagg retired in 2016 from MMA. His UFC career ended in 2014. Since his retirement, however, Vallie Flagg fell on hard times. Initially, Ike was a success story in MMA because he had issues with prior drug use. Retirement and money got to Vallie Flagg and he fell back into ‘the life’.
Earlier this year, Ike was arrested attempting to burglarize a building. He had weapons and drugs on him and Ike was arrested.
He entered rehab shortly thereafter and got clean. With rehab and the support of his wife, Ike got clean. He then decided to fight again and announced he was coming out of retirement. He didn’t come back to MMA, instead, he returned to compete in bare knuckle boxing.
Those of us who know Ike, knew that he needed this. Not just a win in a combat sports event, but just a win. He needed to bounce back from hitting rock bottom and Ike absolutely showed out. He fought and won his bare knuckle fight via a body shot.
Welcome back to the light, IVF!

Best part of the win was my wife telling me my daughter is texting all her friends about how awesome my win was…
