Yesterday we reported that Ronda Rousey showed up at Standing Rock to support the Sioux tribe and water protectors in their fight against the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline.
TMZ spoke with one of the protesters today to learn about the impact Ronda had during her visit. Not only did she bring a massive amount of much needed supplies, but she made a promise that she would be back to stand with the protesters, even if it means being blasted with pepper spray.
The activist also goes on to discuss parts of a conversation she had with Rousey regarding how she’s feeling post-UFC 207. Whatever your thoughts on Rousey, you have to appreciate her going halfway across the country to join in a fight with those that need the help.
