15 second subs at Jiu-Jitsu invitationals don’t happen. Until now.

When there is an invitational Jiu-Jitsu tourney, usually the level is so high that subs are hard to attain. To be ‘invited’ in the first place is a feat within itself. So when someone gets subbed quickly at one of these, it’s pretty damn impressive.

Such was the case at the Eddie Bravo Invitational this weekend. Australia’s, Craig Jones, managed to run straight through Andy Burke in his first match; Winning via heel hook.

It’s incredible how fast some of these guys put their opponents away. Again, it’s not chumps that they are finishing, either. No reason for Andy Burke to hang is head though. Jones quickly dispatched of his next two opponents, also by heel hook.
