Today was the Bellator 198 official weigh-ins, here’s what took place.
Tomorrow night Fedor Emelianenko and Frank Mir will step into the cage as part of Bellator’s Heavyweight Grand Prix. Today was the Bellator 198 Weigh-in and the main card went down just as expected. Gerald Harris, who is stepping in for John Salter on short notice accepted a 188 pound catchweight and successfully made that weight.
Fedor Emelianenko tipped the scales at 240 pounds while Frank Mir weighed in at 261.5. Mir has a size advantage but seems to be in the best shape when he weighs in around 250 lbs. It will be an interesting heavyweight clash to say the least.
