EA UFC 3 content update. We get Gaethje’s ‘Rolling Thunder’.

EA Sports UFC 3 and added some new fighters to their roster in their latest special content update. David Branch, Tai Tuivasa, and Zabit Magomedsharipov have all been added to the game in the recently released downloadable content. Like you, I was waiting for Tai Tuivasa to do a ‘Shooey’, but alas, it didn’t come.

They did, however, show signature moves from fighters like Justin Gaethje. They put his ‘Rolling Thunder’ in there but left out the backflip. Also, they show Zabit’s outside trip takedown and it’s a beauty.

With these new players, it looks like it’s going to be really fun for fans of the game. However, fans were disappointed in the comments section on YouTube. Everybody was asking,

“Where is Israel Adesanya?”

Watch the trailer for the upcoming EA UFC 3 video game

The UFC 3 video game is set to be released on 1/20/2018

If you’re a fan of Mixed Martial Arts as well as video gaming, you’ve probably played both versions of the EA UFC video game. I enjoyed aspects of both games. I liked the control of the first version but the second version had better graphics and a much deeper roster. Well, the wait will soon be over for the third iteration of the series. EA has launched their new trailer for EA UFC 3, and it looks pretty sweet.

Conor McGregor will grace the cover of the game, for the second time. Conor was on the cover (along with Ronda Rousey) of UFC 2. On the cover of the first game? Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson. It looks like they’ve added to the depth of the game, hopefully, they go even deeper with the roster.

One new feature is the GOAT, the super in-depth career mode for the game. Here’s what EA had to say about it.

Introducing G.O.A.T. Career Mode in EA SPORTS UFC 3 where – for the first time – the choices you make outside of the Octagon impact your path to greatness inside of the Octagon. Outside of your fights, make promotional choices to build your fight hype, gain fans, earn more cash through big contracts and capture the world’s attention. Create heated rivalries with other UFC fighters through the new in-game social media system, giving you the freedom to take on the persona you want between cool-headed contender or infamous trash-talker. Fuel the hype behind your biggest fights by balancing your time at the gym with promotional appearances that spread word of mouth and grow your fanbase. As you train, decide which gym to join, each with their own UFC training partners and unique moves to learn. And finally, watch it all come to life before your eyes in all-new Career Milestones showcased throughout your career, including press conferences, weigh-ins and authentic UFC programming like ‘Bad Blood’ and ‘UFC Minute’ hosted by Megan Olivi.

Looks pretty cool, I can’t wait.
