Darren Till comes out to Liverpool FC song, Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond

Darren Till had thousands of fans in the palm of his hand. We’ve seen this before. When the UFC was in Ireland, Aisling Daly came out to Zombie by the Cranberries and the fans sang in unison. It’s an amazing thing to see. This weekend Darren Till, who is from Liverpool, England came out to Sweet Caroline, a song loved by fans of the  Liverpool FC. They sing it with Sweet Carroll 9 for Andrew Carrol. It’s good stuff. This crowd did not disappoint.

Darren Till went on to score a very controversial decision victory over Stephen Thompson. That said, what’s done is done, the fight is in the books and for now, just settle back and check out the amazing walk-out from Till in his hometown.

I love how into things that fans in the UK seem to be. They are always on top of the action, they back their favorites with a furious devotion and they do things like getting an arena together and singing a song at the top of their lungs. So many amazing chants too. It’s a really cool atmosphere. Gotta love that.
