Bigfoot lost his fifth consecutive fight, his fourth via stoppage.

Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva fought this afternoon on FightPass as part of Fight Nights Global 68. He was facing Vitaly Minakov who was bringing a perfect 19-0 record into the clash.  Antonio Silva has lost 9 of his 10 fights.  Vitaly Minakov improves to 20-0 as a professional. Watch as Antonio Silva gets knocked out.

In the fight, during the second round, Silva eats a right hand, and then appears to slip and go to the mat. Minakov pounces  and leans above him landing a series of shots that ends the fight. For Silva, it’s another tough TKO loss. For Minakov it will likely put him squarely on the UFC’s radar. They can always use big exciting heavyweights.

Fight Nights Global 68 features a main event championship match between Sergey Pavlovich (10-0) vs Mikhail Mokhnatkin (9-1-2).

Ali Bagautinov eats massive head kick KO at Fight Nights Global 64

With one second left on the clock, Ali Bagautinov was KO’d.

Three years ago, Ali Bagautinov was challenging Demetrious Johnson for the Flyweight championship.  He made his debut in Fight Nights Global and was crushed via head kick at the buzzer, suffering a massive KO loss.  He was knocked out in the final moments by Tyson Nam.

I found the video of the knockout on Youtube and figured I’d share it with you guys. Ali falls to 15-6 as a professional while Tyson Nam improved to 14-8 with the knockout victory.  Losing via knockout is never easy, but losing at the buzzer by KO, ouch! Enjoy the head rattling knockout!
