UFC’s best trash talk of 2016

The UFC posted a video of the best trash talk and insults from 2016. Of course, Conor McGregor is the captain of the trash talking ship. Nate Diaz, Daniel Cormier, Jon Jones, Michael Bisping, et al. make appearances as well.

We here at mikeswick.com aren’t really fans of the whole smack talk phenomenon. However, this video is pretty damn hilarious. The look on Conor McGregor’s face when Jeremy Stephens speaks about him, just gets us every time. After that, came the  quote of the year.

“Who the fook is that guy?!?!”

Conor, don’t you ever change.

Greg Jackson | His Regiment in Training MMA Fighters | Sports Documentary Films

Greg Jackson (born 1974) is an American mixed martial arts (MMA) trainer who co-owns Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA Academy in Albuquerque, New Mexico,[1][2] widely considered the top MMA training camp in the world.[3][4][5][6] Jackson has trained many successful fighters, including current UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Holly Holm, former UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre, former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Rashad Evans, and former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones. Jackson was born in Washington D.C. to Kris and Jim Jackson, who were Quakers originally from the Midwest. Jackson and his family moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico when he was three years old. Jackson came from a family of wrestlers (his father, brother, and uncle were all champions in the sport) and he also grew up in a rough neighborhood. Because he needed to learn how to defend himself, Jackson began learning martial arts.
