Ex-WWE Wrestler Diamond Dallas Page, on Miesha Tate going to the WWE

Ex-WWE Wrestler Diamond Dallas Page, on Miesha Tate going to the WWE

The story of Miesha Tate going to WWE is really gaining some legs. DDP Yoga and ex-WWE wrestler Diamond Dallas Page gave Tate a serious endorsement if she was going to make the jump to sports entertainment.

“She would be killer and they’ve gotta be talking about that. I think Miesha is the real deal, for starters. She’s been the champ and… Look at Brock. He went over there and became the champ. Then came back over here and now he does whatever he wants to do. I think she’s money!”

This all started last week when she did the fan Q&A in London. She was asked if she’d like to do what Ronda did and make the move to WWE. Tate responded with vigor and seemed very open to the idea. Whether or not anything materializes remains to be seen. If Tate is truly done in MMA (which she appears to be), I agree with DDP. She could be a star over there.

The lovely Miesha Tate is learning cockney ahead of UFC London card

Miesha Tate

Miesha tries to decipher different cockney phrases. We’re having a bubble!

The UFC has taken to Facebook to show us a video of Miesha Tate learning some cockney phrases ahead of UFC Fight Night 107 in London.  Honestly, I have no idea where or how these phrases came about, and how they make any sense whatsoever.  But, it’s funny, so I’m all good with it.

Miesha retired from active competition after UFC 205 and since has been keeping busy covering the sport for Fox Sports and traveling. She’s an incredible value to the UFC and FOX because she’s been in every MMA situation, is well spoken, and very beautiful.  She’s an ideal spokesperson for the sport of MMA.  As long as she’s not being asked to speak Cockney.
