UFC 228 Embedded Part 1 – The calm before the storm

We have the first episode of UFC 228 Embedded!

UFC 228 is this Saturday night, so you can expect five or six episodes of UFC Embedded between now and then. This is the first episode and it revolves around the main fighters on the card getting in their last major workouts of the week before traveling to the event and handling media, weigh-ins and then fighting.

The episode opens with Valentina Shevchenko working out ahead of her fight with champion Nicco Montano. She’s training in Houston and her striking looks sharp!

We see Nicco in Colorado training with her team ahead of her title defense. She looks good in the gym and has confidence, despite the long odds she’s against in this fight.

Darren Till is at the UFC Performance Institute getting ready to challenge Tyron Woodley for the Welterweight champion. Till is a huge Welterweight and looks to have ridiculous punching power.

Woodley is dealing with a different kind of struggle and he’s trying to get his kids up and get their day started. In a few days he’ll be in Dallas to defend his title, but right now, he’s about his family.
